The Wellness Workshops are one-on-one educational workshops that teach individuals coping skills and strategies on subjects that impact Mental Health. They are effective in assisting individuals who are struggling at work or preparing to return to a gainful employment.

THE FIVE WORKSHOPS INCLUDE:

  • Workplace Anxiety Management
  • Stress Management
  • Assertiveness & Self-Confidence
  • Time Management
  • Work-Life Balance

EACH WORKSHOP CONSISTS OF:

  • Access to selected workshop on the Banyan Learning Platform
  • 2 Consulting sessions of 90 minutes with a Banyan Consultant (optional)

ABOUT THE BANYAN LEARNING PLATFORM:

The Banyan Learning Platform is an exciting on-line educational tool that allows individuals to learn multiple ways by reading the educational literature, completing homework assignments and through dialoguing with a consultant.
