Our highly skilled Vocational Evaluators and Employability Experts are members in good standing with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRAC) /Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS). Certifications require ongoing continuing education to maintain an updated skill set and industry standard for achievement for which we pride ourselves. Our comprehensive reports incorporate a battery of standardized tests and inventories related to interests, aptitudes intellectual and learning competencies and finally, potential for academic achievement. Our Vocational Evaluations incorporate medical, physical, intellectual, personal, behavioural, vocational, educational, cultural and economic data. Included in our reports are several sources of wages and occupational demand information to support recommended occupations with a focus on commensurate earnings targets. |
