At the direction of the Case Manager, an Alternate Resolution approach is aimed at clients who are not suitable for return to work planning (i.e. retirement mindset, motivational factors, adversarial relationship with insurer).

Alternate Resolution Involves:

• Financial resolution to a claim including advance pay and close and negotiated settlements.
• Parameters of negotiation agreed upon by Consultant and Case Manager
• Consultant mediation between client & Case Manager
