File by File Coaching
We offer innovative coaching to Disability Case Managers and Rehabilitation Professionals to reinforce recent learning and to further develop effective case management skills. During the coaching sessions, various techniques and tools are utilized to optimize skills and outcomes. The duration and frequency of coaching may be determined by our clients or through a formal Needs Analysis Survey that we conduct on behalf of our clients.
Train the Trainer
In order to facilitate ongoing improvement through in-house coaching and training, Banyan offers a “train the trainer” component to our Coaching and Training Services. This module is designed to leverage the expertise of internal resources to ensure on-going cost-effective support and training. Banyan’s program provides a high impact learning experience that utilizes best practice training methodologies to engage the trainers as they further develop the expertise and skills required to provide outcome focused coaching.
